| TITLE: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR $25MM MANUFACTURER OF REMOTE CONTROLS FOR THE CABLE INDUSTRY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will be responsible for all areas of financial accounting, cash management and treasury functions. He/she will deal with banks and will be responsible for compliance issues and bank relationships. The candidate will also be responsible for the budgeting process and preparation of monthly financial statements, financial reporting, business analysis, administration, MIS and personnel. The CFO will oversee administration, the controller's office, accounts payable and all clerical staff. |
