| TITLE: PRESIDENT OF $50 MILLION MICROWAVE AND ANTENNA/RADIO DIVISION OF A $400 MILLION TECHNOLOGY GROUP OF A $2 BILLION DOMESTIC HOLDING COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate must be capable of running a $50 million company and possess strong operational and military defense contract experience and be well versed in finance, engineering, marketing and quality control. The individual must be capable of satisfying the U.S. government that he/she is there to correct current contractual problems and prevent future problems. The individual should have a strong understanding of P&L, cost/incremental contribution such that can focus on profitable business and divest non-profitable business. The individual must have experience working with U.S. government and major prime contractors, as well as within the RF/Microwave industry (antennas/radio). The person should be a decision maker with DOD experience who can take charge, make a profit and has experience in turning around "sick" companies. compensation: $240K Base + % of cash flow saved + Car |
